                                                      Looking at today's society, it seems that a different kind of society has emerged that in the past. The main reason for this is social media. As technology advances, so does social media. Nowadays, social media has become an essential part of people. Also, Facebook, Twitter, whatsapp, Insragram, Youtube etc. can be pointed out as the social media that can be seen in the society. Social media has sometimes helped people's needs. Social media has the ability to search for information about something we do not know. People use this medium for both good and bad in life. However, it seems that social media is important for our daily activities. It is up to the people to use it properly.

                                          One of my favorite excursions so far is the Sinharaja Forest. It is a trip we took from school. Let's say this tour in grade 11 with fellow students who studied O/L. We left school at about four in the morning and went on that trip singing and having a lot of fun.
