NETURAL ENVIRONMENT

                                                                         


                                                        The natural environment is what we call the environment around us. It is our duty to protect this environment which is very close to human life. Streams, water, soil, forest etc. belong to the natural environment. The environment helps people to lead a better life every day. That is, trees provide oxygen as well as semen today. Through the forest, people can get firewood for cooking. Bathing with water helps to quench thirst. Many of these types of help are available to humans through the natural environment.

                                                Many of these aids come to man through the natural environment. But nowadays people do not pay any attention to the environment. That is to say, instead of protecting the natural environment, they are destroying it and thinking only of the present welfare. It is our duty protect the natural environment without allowing it to happen.

                                          One of my favorite excursions so far is the Sinharaja Forest. It is a trip we took from school. Let's say this tour in grade 11 with fellow students who studied O/L. We left school at about four in the morning and went on that trip singing and having a lot of fun.
